Over 120 operations are required to produce Arche shoes, all of which are made by hand by artisans who are passionate about their craft. These highly specialized processes, ranging from pattern and material cutting to the assembly of the shoes, enhance the high quality of the materials used.

Arche's colorful soles are made from a plant-based substance extracted from Hevea milk. These soles are the result of a worldwide unique know-how, awarded by the French EPV label (Living Heritage Company), and are manufactured by French partners and exclusively designed by arche. More than fifty steps are required to produce these soles, which offer unparalleled comfort thanks to their micro-air cushion structure.
