Would you like to return goods within the agreed period (see our terms and conditions)?

No problem.
It is best to put the original order confirmation in the parcel.
Mark the item(s) you are returning on the order confirmation.
Or alternatively a piece of paper on which your address and our order number + article number(s) are listed.
This makes it easier for us to allocate the items for processing.
Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately refund the purchase price paid + any postage charged for our delivery by the method you chose for payment. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You can find more information in the cancellation conditions.
