It is best to include the original order confirmation in the package.

Mark the item(s) on the order confirmation you are returning.

1.1 Or alternatively a paper on which your address and our order number + article

number(s) are listed.

This makes it easier for us to allocate it for processing.

2. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately provide you with the purchase price

paid + any refund the postage charged to our delivery by the method you had chosen

for payment.
