🧼 Care instructions for your mohair scarf
To ensure your YUKAI scarf retains its shape and softness for a long time, we recommend hand washing – ideally using Tenemoll from our webshop.
🪶 1. Wash gently
Place the garment in a wash bag or pillowcase to protect it from friction. Add a few towels to provide extra protection for the delicate fibers.
🧴 2. Use delicate detergent
Use only delicate wool detergent suitable for animal hair. Do not use fabric softener, as this helps preserve the structure of the fibers.
💧 3. Cool water temperature
Use cold to lukewarm water (max. 30 °C). Hot water can damage or discolor mohair fibers.
🌀 4. Gentle cycle
Select the wool or hand-wash cycle and minimize the spin speed to prevent twisting or distortion.
🌬️ 5. Air dry
Please do not tumble dry. Lay the scarf flat on a towel and let it air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Turn it once to ensure both sides dry evenly.
